The consultancy covers the following previously agreed topics: a) draft legislation of network and systems operation tarification; b) tasks and the division of tasks between the Regulatory Office and the System Operator with regard to long run system security, with special emphasis given to tasks related to network development decisions; c) the allocation of operation reserves; d) regulatory proposals to handle market power on peak and balancing energy markets and the potential role of the System Operator; e) information to be provided by the System Operator to the Regulatory Office in order to fulfill major regulatory needs.
